Buy Outs and Group Sales

As part of Circle Theatre’s commitment to partnering with other non-profit organizations, agencies and business, we invite you to participate in our Buyout Program. Our popular buyout program allows your organization to experience the area’s finest theatre productions and raise money at the same time.

It’s easy, too. You receive 400 tickets for the buyout price of $4,000 for musicals and $3,500 for plays. That means if you sell your tickets for $25 each you have the potential of raising over $6,000 for your organization in one night.

You can also hold a reception before or after the show as part of your fundraiser. Aquinas College’s Conferencing Department will be glad to assist you with your party planning & catering needs.

Guidelines to help the evening run seamlessly

• Any organization can apply for a performance.  
• The selection of performances are handled on a first come, first served basis.  
• A 50% deposit is required to hold a performance date.  
• Final payment must be made 15 days prior to the night of the performance.
• You will receive 400 tickets.  
• You may set your own admission price, as long as it is not lower than Circle Theatre’s regular price ($23 plays, $25 musicals).
• We will provide the performance, ushers, tickets and playbills.  
• Your organization must provide box office workers.  
• If needed, Circle Theatre will provide full box office services for a minimal fee.
• You are welcome to hold a reception in the lobby before or after the performance.
• We will run the concessions at intermission.  
• No other concessions will be permitted.
• Circle Theatre’s box office will refer callers to a phone number provided by your organization.
