When I run across a positive customer service experience, I like to let people know about it. Which brings me to your employees. I came in to purchase a pair of glasses and was promptly greeted by your staff. Friendly, smiling, welcoming me into your store. Fantastic! Becca ended up waiting on me and she proved to be courteous, friendly and went above and beyond by fixing a small flaw in my existing glasses. And I didn't ask her to do so, she simply took the initiative.
Few people "get" customer service and seemingly fewer understand the value of delivering it. Based on my experience with Becca (and the others were just as friendly and courteous), you've got a loyal customer.

Dr. Durante has always been kind, caring, and professional. I know from experience that this is a balance that not all doctors can obtain. Although Dr. Durante needed to see his scheduled patients, he took the time to speak to me about my eye health and his concerns. Dr. Durante is always willing to answer a question and appears to have the patience of a saint.
One other area I'd like to address is that of the staff that works at Cohen's Optical. Each time I have been there the staff has treated me as though I were very important. Not only are the opticians friendly and professional, they all also have a wonderful sense of humor and aren't afraid to use it. Each time I have come to your office, I have left with a smile. I can think of no where else that I could say that.

Just a note to say that your employees where so helpful in my purchase of eye glasses while I was in Florida. They should be commended for the way they handle customers with their caring ability and knowing her job well. Being a senior citizen it is so rare to have young people treat you so well.
