The Truth about Diabetes

  The Truth About Diabetes

Diabetes is a disease that affects the nerves and the entire alimentary canal and is affected by what, how  and when you eat!

Eat late and chew fast, result: eat more and increase your sugars. High sugar, results in thicker blood, less oxygen, fatigue, increased fat storage, hypertension and vast array of cardiovascular and neurological impediments. Remember that salt is just as bad as sugar or the dry textured foods ( Breads, cereals, pasta, refined grains, soft fruits like bananas, root vegetables; eggplant, zucchini, potato, rice's, barley). Eat green foods that are fresh and crispy, also eat purple and red vegetables (tomatoes, red cabbage) as they are high in magnesium and potassium. When you eat food that gives you water and minerals like the leafy kinds, not root vegetables, your diabetes will improve. Green, red and purple vegetables are sources of vitamin B-1,2, vitamin-C, calcium, magnesium, potassium and pigments that protect your eyes and blood vessels.

Chew your food 28-30 times and don't eat past 6:30 pm, drink plain pure water: Alkazone, Fiji. Remember to be happy and laugh a lot, as anger, resentment and guilt raise your sugar.
