After leaving a career in the corporate world where extreme behaviors were rewarded, Kevin Sapp found that Kundalini yoga gave him access to a more balanced way of living. In the study and practice of Kundalini yoga, Kevin found tools for bringing about radically beneficial changes in the mind and the body. He then became passionate about finding ways to implement the philosophy, psychology, and technology of yoga into his life and to teach others how to do the same.
After receiving his 200-hour YTT certification at Trinity Yoga in 2016—where he studied with Brynn Byrne, Shanti Nolen, and Dr. Kari Rollins—he immediately began teaching Kundalini yoga courses. Kevin’s life is a testament to the transformative power of yoga, and his goal as a teacher is to share this powerful practice with his students.
